When will my order ship?
We roast fresh to order every Monday and Friday. Orders placed by 10 p.m. ET the day before will be included in the next roast. Once roasted, your coffee typically ships within 24 hours — you’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the move.
What’s your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your coffee. If something isn’t right — whether it’s the wrong item, damaged in transit, or just doesn’t meet expectations — we accept returns and aim to make it right. Just reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at orders@bespokecoffee.co and we’ll take care of you.
For merchandise (shirts, totes, mugs, etc.), we offer exchanges or returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Same deal — send us an email and we’ll walk you through it.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere in the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
Will my items ship together?
Not always. Since coffee and merch are sometimes fulfilled from different locations, your items may arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking info for each shipment once it’s on the move.
